2027 FIS Alpine World Ski Championships in Crans-Montana: information on the ski area’s operations

Crans-Montana will host the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships from February 1 to 14, 2027. The world’s best athletes will race down our legendary slopes, and you will be there to experience it all, between your own runs.

To help everyone plan their stay as effectively as possible, you will find below the information currently available regarding the ski area’s operations during this period.

A ski area wide open

The vast majority of the ski area remains fully accessible and operational. Only two competition runs, Mont-Lachaux (6) and Nationale (12), are reserved for races from 25 January to 15 February, and the Bellalui run (8) will be reserved from time to time for training sessions. 
The rest of the ski area? It’s all yours.

Clear, well-signposted diversions ensure smooth traffic flow between sectors, for uninterrupted skiing with no unpleasant surprises. The link between the Crans-Cry d’Er sector and the Violettes sector will be accessible via the tunnels under the Piste Nationale and via the Col du Pochet.
